Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your package should be damaged when you receive the delivery. Considering the nature of the products (Preservative free and requiring refrigeration beyond a few days), we offer refunds only on damages during transit.
